Dr. Bradford Ress is a native of South Florida. He graduated from the Choate School and earned a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University. He received an M.D. with Distinction from the University of Miami, School of Medicine, where he also completed his Otolaryngology residency. Dr. Ress performed a fellowship and was on the faculty at the University of California-San Diego before returning to South Florida.

Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Fellowship-trained in Otology, Neurotology, and Skull Base Surgery, Dr. Ress has become nationally recognized in this field.
He has served as a member of the faculty at the University of California-San Diego, the Clinical Faculty at the University of Miami, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Ress has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences and has published numerous journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Ress has received several awards for his research and contributions in his field.

Dr. Erin Andersson possesses an outstanding clinical resume and extensive clinical experience in audiology.

Her areas of expertise include hearing aids, audiometric testing, advanced vestibular testing, aural rehabilitation, tinnitus management and assistive listening devices.

In addition, various clinical electrophysiologic tests are performed in the office, including auditory brainstem response, videonystagmography, otoacoustic emissions and electrocochleography.


Maria Marissa Gradzki is a native of the Philippines. She earned Masters of Arts degrees in Nursing and in Education from University of Santo Tomas and De La Salle University, in Manila, Philippines. Ms. Gradzki moved to New Jersey in 2001, where she provided nursing care for acute care medical and surgical patients.

Licensed in Florida and New Jersey, Ms. Gradzki has administered exemplary nursing care to patients in an efficient, safe, and courteous manner for decades. In addition to direct patient care, Marissa has served as a member of the faculty at Santo Tomas University Hospital, the Hohokus School, the Center for Allied Health Nursing Education,  Lincoln Technology Institute and Bergen Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Gradzki performs allergy testing and immunotherapy, assists in office surgical procedures and assists in the pre- and post-operative care of our patients.
